Dutch selective white-asparagus harvesting robot from AvL Motion (Westerbeek, NL) — a diesel-electric, self-propelled platform that uses optical RGB/AI plus underground spear detection across 12 rotating harvest modules to locate and cut ripe stalks in the row. Vendor marketing repeatedly calls it "autonomous", but the manufacturer's own spec table and FAQ both confirm one operator must be present in the field to direct the robot via remote control and collect the harvested spears — so it is classified here as assisted, not autonomous. Second- generation model, in commercial development since 2017 and launched 2021; the manufacturer's own product page is live and actively soliciting demo requests as of July 2026.

UK-made tractor-towed electric weeder for orchards, vineyards and other fruit rows — high-frequency (18 kHz) current passed into weeds through articulated treatment arms boils the plant and its roots without herbicide. Dumping, wireless charging and water refilling happen at one central station; the C2 generation handles barns of up to roughly 120 cows and routes are managed from a mobile app.

German greenhouse strawberry harvesting robot from Konstanz-based Organifarms — detects ripeness with image recognition, cuts fruit at the stem without touching it, and packs directly into store-ready punnets with onboard weighing. Navigates greenhouse pipe rails autonomously and swaps crates itself, running 24/7 on batteries.

Modular AI mini field robot from Zauberzeug (Havixbeck, Münsterland) — a ~100 kg tracked platform under 1 m³ that uses onboard camera AI (the "Zauberzeug Robot Brain" edge-compute unit) to distinguish crops from weeds and mechanically remove them, including deep-rooted weeds. Offered both as a pay-per-hour weeding service (no machine purchase) and as a development platform; trade press reported roughly €20,000 for the machine with tools up to ~€5,000 extra. Rail-guided all-in-one feeding robot from Tyrolean specialist Hetwin — weighs, cuts, mixes, doses and pushes feed around the clock from an overhead rail, with two horizontal mixing augers producing a homogeneous ration from batches as small as 50 kg. Aimed at medium herds of roughly 50–150 animals; sold and serviced in Switzerland via Harvestore.

Lely's battery-electric automatic feed pusher — follows pre-installed floor strips with ultrasound distance sensing to push feed to the fence up to 48 times a day, returning to its charging station between runs.
